See the estimated attorney fee based on the case value using the tiered tariff.
The attorney fee is the remuneration a lawyer earns for legal assistance. It has two basic forms: the contractual fee agreed between client and lawyer, and the litigation (counterparty) fee that the losing party is ordered to pay the winning party. In matters measurable in money, the fee is calculated proportionally (tiered) over the case value.
The minimum is set by the annually published Minimum Attorney Fee Tariff; the agreed fee may not fall below it.
The proportional fee depends on the tier the case value falls into: for each tier, base amount + (case value − tier lower bound) × tier rate. This tool estimates the proportional fee using the defined tiered tariff. Rates are illustrative; use the tariff in force for a precise figure.
For a debt claim with a case value of 250,000 ₺, if the first tier applies a 16% rate: 0 + (250,000 − 0) × 0.16 = 40,000 ₺ estimated fee.
The contractual fee is paid by the client to the lawyer; the litigation fee is paid by the losing party to the winning party's lawyer.
No. The attorney fee cannot fall below the minimum set in the tariff.
Proportional in matters measurable in money; the fixed tariff fee otherwise.
