A court fee is a public charge paid to the court treasury to file and pursue a case. In cases measurable in money (relating to assets), a proportional fee applies; the fee is set by the claim value and the rate. For cases not measurable in money, a fixed fee is charged.
The proportional judgment fee is calculated as roughly 6.831% of the claim value. At filing, one quarter is paid in advance; the rest is completed after judgment. This tool shows the total proportional judgment fee as an estimate.
